PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Hike, play and learn with on-route storytelling. A complete sensory adventure for kids. This tour is intended for kids 6+ years old who are accompanied by adults.
The tour starts at Brynjumannaborð. From there we will walk down the old and charming road, Hórisgøta, towards Langaregn, which was the main route taken by people travelling from the capital to the north. From there we walk up to the beautiful river Skeiðsá towards "Koppin". We also visit Stallabrúnni and get to hear a surprising tale about the place. While walking, we grab a bite to eat, and I tell the kids about parts of the Faroese Sheep Letter, the earmarks, what happened on Brynjumannaborði and our farm Oyrareingjagarður and so much more. Learning and culture under a blue sky
Words just cannot describe the experience that we had on this guided tour with MARKA.
After we got home, the kids couldn't stop talking about the day they'd had. The stories, the breath-taking nature, all of it! For some, it was an experience of a lifetime to be able to feed the sheep. Margrit even taught the kids to speak "sheep". We highly recommend this tour!
